I have Erlang R11B-5 installed on (Intel) MacOS 10.4.10 using
(NetBSD's) pkgsrc (as erlang-11.5nb1).
I have yaws 1.70 compiled manually from untouched source with default configure.
When I attempt to start yaws I get the following error traceback
(whitespace only tidied for legibility):
dyld: lazy symbol binding failed: Symbol not found: _driver_output
Referenced from: /usr/local/lib/yaws/priv/lib/setuid_drv.so
Expected in: flat namespace

Trace/BPT trap
When I look at I see indeed that [_]driver_output is undefined. I'm
guessing this name is supposed to be defined in some library that
setuid_drv is linked against, but I don't know which one.
Is this a known problem on MacOS?
