<  Ejabberd mailing list  ~  ldap_uidattr not working

I am trying to configure LDAP for authentication, and have the following:
% For LDAP authentication use these lines instead of above one:
{auth_method, ldap}.
{ldap_servers, ["eimldap.mail.eds.com"]}.
