I did some work on the fdrv package from Jungerl. It's a bitch to compile
the jungerl packages and directing noobs to jungerl and anonymous CVS
checkout is not good. Also erlmerge seems deed (according to tobbe)
so the old instructions were outdated.

Anyway, I rewrote the wiki entry for fdserver:

http://yaws.hyber.org/wiki/showPage.yaws?node=fdserver

And also put a proper .tgz archive of fdserver on my site.

http://yaws.hyber.org/download/fd_server-2.3.0.tgz

It compiles and install as all usual .tgz source balls.

Klacke,

You have the Erlang path hardcoded in the Makefile.

The documentation says, that fdserv does not work with SSL. Is that
still the case ? How do yu guys work around that ? By putting a
Firewall/Port-Redirection in front ?
