Hi,
Is there a way to configure ejabberd to route message stanzas to all
of a users connected resources, even when the message is sent with a
particular resource specified.
(my use case is I have a web client that can be open in multiple tabs
which each have their own resource, but when sent a message from a
desktop client it includes the resource with the message and it only
goes to one tab)

Rod,
You could modify the server to reroute the message to all connected resources.
Or you could modify a BOSH setup and have the bosh side forcefully send the stanzas to each resource.
Or there is a spec for getting messages from another connected resource, but that might actually be even more complicated 
Just my thoughts
