hi,
suppose I have 5 records in a ets/mnesia table,
the table is sorted by key (doesn't matter which key and order).
how I fetch record number 3 from top?

thanks in advance

0. record for example is: {table,{Val,Key},Index=undefined}
1. key can be used as a tuple, so my key is the tuple: {Val,Key}
2. the table is ordered set, so the Val's are sorted.
3. a foldl/3 runs all over the table and update the index accordingly.
4. assume we index_read the index column, we can fetch it with one access.

foldl/3 is time consuming, but its OK to me as I do it offline once in a while.
