<  Advanced Erlang/OTP  ~  SSl module in Erlang

Hi,
As far as I know SSl sockets in Erlang dont support keepalives? If I have an Erlang SSL server, how does the server come to know when the client has crashes or the connection between the client and the server has been dropped or disconnected..
