<  RabbitMQ mailing list  ~  erlang client crashing

I have tried using snapshot version of erlang rabbitmq client and rabbitmq server, but it has not been a success.

Looks like your server version is too old.
http://dev.rabbitmq.com/snapshots/rabbitmq-erlang-client/README says that

Joe,

As correctly pointed out by Matthias, you are not using compatible versions of the client and server.

The specific versions that are known to work together are indicated in the download links in the post (
