Hi!

I have an application we are writing for a university project and it works fine with Linux but when i want to start it with Windows XP i get the following error:

Quote:
gs error: gstk_port_handler: got other: {tcp_closed,#Port<0.107>}

I can see the gui for a few seconds then the gui close and i get that error.

Anyone know what can cause that error? Is it a bug with gs and Windows?

Look at the TCK-TK installation you have on your windows machine, as you need to have the right wish version installed. See http://www.tcl.tk/software/tcltk/8.0.html for more information.

Hope it helps,

Did it have to do with the phases of the moon, or did you reboot your machine? My guess is you had wish running in the background. Got that problem in UNIX and had to kill it before we were able to restart the app?
