Once the actual procedures to get yaws up on running on windows have been
properly establised (By our maybe not so happy windows/yaws users) the
steps should really be written down in the wiki.
The above just need to be debugged. Why is the code path wrong, what is
the code path ???? Are there any restrictions on where to unpack
yaws ...D: C: ??? stuff etc.
I know for sure that a year ago when I actually did work with the
windows installation, the steps Kiran took did indeed work.

This is something which has to be done by the yaws/windows community.

Actually I used the file provided here: http://yaws.hyber.org/wiki/showPage.yaws?node=YawsAndWin32
It works ok. You will need to change some paths in the yaws.conf file after it runs, but otherwise it's ok.
You need to change paths because by default it point to the Documents and Settings directory and yaws doesn't recognize paths with spaces in them.
This file could be included with the default yaws distribution I guess

I had checked out that link and file earlier, didn't have too much luck with it.
I'll give it another try, on a fresh environment, and confirm the results here.
