I don't know why. Some questions come to mind:
- Is this what actually happens, or does ejabberd misunderstand the
situation?
- What user and what client is doing this? You can find the IP
address in the log file; correlate by the PID (in this case
<0.14619.0>).
But don't debug this unless you have to. This error is not harmful to
the server, only to the client (it can't connect), so this is probably
Not Your Problem until someone complains that they can't log in.
